Pharmapark LLC is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company engaged in development, trials, manufacturing and sales of recombinant biopharmaceuticals in the form of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and finished dosage forms.

The Company specializes in developing and hi-tech manufacturing of biosimilars and improved protein products for pharmaceutical use. Production is based on genetic engineering technologies of recombinant human proteins manufacturing, using both prokaryotic and eukaryotic producers. The company carries out production using its own and in-licensed technologies.

Set up in 2001, Pharmapark LLC is currently the largest manufacturer of interferon alfa-2b API in Russia, satisfying more than 80% of demand of Russian manufacturers of finished dosage forms.

Its injection products, AltevirTM, GranogenTM and EpostimTM, are well known to Russian medical community. A lot of Russian producers of other dosage forms use the API of recombinant human interferon alfa-2b manufactured by Pharmapark.

The Company holds patents on developed products and technologies, as well as protected trademarks. The Company’s license for manufacturing biological APIs and injection finished dosage forms is valid until 2012.

In ten years of successful operation Pharmapark has implemented new technologies, standardized manufacturing scale-up processes, established research, development and registration of new products, and gained the position of a market leader. A highly professional team at all levels of management, manufacturing and product marketing has emerged. The corporate Quality Management System (QMS) is actively introduced.
